The exterior was inspected from ground level, including the siding, trim, windows, doors, grading, and the rear deck. Overall the cladding and trim were in serviceable condition for the age of the home, with isolated items noted below.
Grading around the foundation was generally acceptable, sloping away from the structure on most elevations. Routine maintenance of caulking and exterior finishes will help preserve the building envelope going forward.
